  I, Theodosia T. Williams of Waldo Florida,
being of sound and disposing mind, memory
and understanding, do make and declare this
codicil to my last Will and Testament heretofore
made, That is to say: In relation to the pro-
visions in my said will devising to Eva McLenna,
my daughter, the Yellow Front House, (being
location lands described in Deed Book 57 page 207 Alach
ua County Florida Records) and the Trusteeship
Therewith created I desire to provide further
that should Eva McLenna, during the life of
W.A. McLenna present to The said The First
National Bank of Gainesville Florida, The sworn
statement or affidavits of three reputable persons
in addition to her own, That she is in need
of the principal sum of the proceeds of said
property or any part thereof to educate her
children, Then she shall be permitted to draw
the proceeds thereof any part of same for such
purpose, I desire further that after my death
and up to the time Caswell and Maugerite Mann-
ing shall come unto title and possession of
the lots known as the Cheves Lots, to wit, Lots
4, 5, 6 and 7 Block 14 appende Plat of Waldo, The
net rents thereof shall be deposited to their credit
at First National Bank, Gainesville Florida, as
in my said Will provided as to other money

The above codicil to the last Will and Testament
of Theodosia Williams was by her signed in
our presence and we at her request have signed
our names hereto as witnesses in her presence and
in the presence of each other; and have set
opposite our signatures our respective places of residence
