Theodosia T. Williams                County
    Personally appeared before the under-
signed authority, C.A. Marks one of the sub-
scribing witnesses to the foregoing paper writ-
ing, who, being duly sworn, declares and says
that Theodosia T. Williams did in his presence,
sign, seal and publish the foregoing paper writing
as and for a codicile to her Last Will and Testament;
and that he, the said witness signed, the same,
as a subscribing witness: at the special request
of said testatrix, and that the said testatrix signed
said paper writing in the presence of Nettie C.
League, and this affiant, who likewise signed
said paper writing, as a subscribing witness
in the presence and at the request of the testatrix
and also in the presence of this affiant, and
that he verily believes said paper writing
to be a Codicile to the true Last Will and Testa-
ment of said testatrix.

  I, Theodosia T. Williams, of Waldo, Florida
Alachua County, Florida being of sound mind
memory and understanding do hereby make
this a second codicil to my last Will and
Testament heretofore made by me on June
4th 1908, that is to say:= Having since date
acquired by purchase and still retaining owner-
ship of the following described lands, situated in
Alachua County, Florida, to-wit:-
