Lots 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, N 1/2 of lots 9, and lots 10 and 11,
in Block 7, South Waldo, being the lands des-
cribed in deed recorded at page 555, Deed Book
56, Public Records of Alachua County, Florida
Less portions thereof according to deed recorded
at page 406, Deed Book 72 said Records -
I do hereby give and devise the same unto my
grand children, Maugerite Manning and
Caswell Manning, to be deeded to them by
Executor on Caswell Manning reaching the
age of twenty one years, in equal shares
that is to say they shall each have a half
interest in the whole of said premises. In
the event of my death before Caswell reaches said
age, they shall have and be entitled to the rents
issues and profits thereof up to the time Caswell
reaches said age of maturity.
This codicil is in reference only to the prop-
erty herein mentioned, and I do not intend hereby
to alter in anywise the other provisions of my
said will of June 4th, 1908. In Witness whereof
I hereunto subscribed my name this ____ day
of September, 1909, at Waldo Florida

The foregoing typewritten codicil to the last
Will and testament of Theodosia T. Williams, was
subscribed by the said tesator in our pres-
ence, and acknowledged by her before each of
us, and she the said Theodosia T. Williams, at
the same time, declared the said to be a
codicil to her will as therein stated and at
her request, and in her presence, and in the
presence of each other, we have hereunder
signed our names as witnesses thereto,
and have written opposite to our names
