In The Name of God Almighty: Amen -
Codicil I, Theodosia T. Williams, of Waldo, Alachua
No 3 County Florida, being of sound and disposing
mind, memory and understanding, and desir-
ing to make a second codicil to my last
Will and Testament of June 4th 1908, wherein to
make more clear certain provisions thereof
with respect to the devises and bequests therein
and in the first codicil thereto unto my
daughter, Eva McLenna, do hereby make and
declare this a further and a second codicil
to my said will, that is to say:-
The real property which I in my said Last
Will and Testament devised unto my said dau-
ghter, Eva McLenna, to wit:- as described in
deed from B.J. Earle and others to me, recorded
on page 207 of Deed Book 57, Public Records of
Alachua County, Florida, and also other lands,
being those purchased by me from Joseph Jones,
my deed to which us recorded at page 416 of
Deed Book 50 of the Public Records of Alachua
County, Florida, having been sold by me
since the making of my last Will and Testa-
ment and the said first codicil thereto: and not
desiring to deprive my said daughter Eva McLenna
of the devise of the lands, but to give and
bequeath to her something in lieu thereof: I do
hereby give and bequeath unto her my said
daughter Eva McLenna, the proceeds of the
said sale of the said lands in this codicil
above mentioned, to which she shall be entitled
at my death, but subject to and this bequest to
be governed by all the terms and restrictions
contained in the Sixth paragraph of my said
Last Will and Testament, and the first codicil thereto
