In the Matter of the
Estate of Theodosia T. Williams
     Order admitting to Probate and Record
By the County Judge of said County:-
  The Last Will and Testament of Theodosia T.
Williams, hearing date the 4th day of June,
1908, having been duly established by the
sworn testimony of C.A. Marks one of the
subscribing and attesting witnesses to said
codicil; and a codicil to said last Will and
Testament, bearing date the __ day of Septem-
ber, 1909, having been duly established by the
sworn testimony of T.B. Tillis, one of the subscrib-
ing and attesting witnesses thereto; and a
codicil to said Last Will and Testament hear-
ing date the 30th day of June, 1910, having
been duly established by the sworn testimony
of C.L. McKinney, one of the subscribing and
attesting witnesses thereto; and the codicil to
Last Will and Testament, and the said Three
Codicils thereto, having been by said testi
mony duly established as the true last
Will and Testament and codicils thereto, of said
Theodosia T. Williams; and same having been
offered for probate and no objection being made
to the probate thereof; and it appearing to
the Court that the said Theodosia T. Williams
and the same having been offered for probate,
and no objection being made to the probate
thereof; and it appearing to the Court that the
said Theodosia T. Williams died in Waldo,
Alachua County, Florida, on the 10th day
of December, 1911.
  It is therefore Ordered, Adjudged and Decreed,
