that the last Will and Testament of said Theodosia
T. Williams. dated the 4^th day of June 1908, and
attested by C.A. Marks and Nettie C. Teague as
subscribing witnesses: and the codicil thereto
dated the 4^th day of June, 1908, attested by
C.A. Marks and Nettie C. Teague, as subscribing
witnesses, and the codocil thereto, dated the
_____ day of September, 1908, attested by Jessie
C. Johnston and T.B. Tillis, as subscribing
witnesses and the codicil thereto dated the 30^th
day of June, 1910, attested by J.B. Kennard and
C.L. M^cKinney as subscribing witnesses, be,
and the same are hereby admitted to probate,
according to law, as and for the Last Will
and Testament of said Theodosia T. Williams
deceased: and that it is further Ordered that
the same, with the proof thereof be duly re-
corded in the Book of Wills of Alachua County
Florida.

Gainesville, Florida, this 16^th day of February, 1912
