Last Will and Testament of Sallie J. Perry
In the name of the father, and of the Son, and
of the Holy Ghost, Amen;
I Sallie J. Perry, an unmarried woman,
being of sound mind, memory and discretion,
yet mindful of the uncertainty of human life,
and desiring to make provision for the proper
disposition of my worldly effects, do herein and
hereby make this, my will: -
First; It is my Will and desire that my
Executor, hereinafter named, shall pay such
indebtedness, as may legitimately exist against
me at my decease.
Second:- I give, devise and bequeath unto
my friend William B. Phifer of Gainesville
Florida, all property of which I may be
seized and possessed or to which I may be
entitled at my decease, of every character
whatsoever, and wherever situated, whether
real, personal, or mixed, and to his heirs and
assigns forever.
Third, I nominate and appoint William
B. Phifer of Gainesville Florida, as sole
Executor of this Will, with full power of sale
and possession, and direct that he be not required
to make any inventory nor to give any
Bond, as he is the sole legatee and devisee,
under this Will.
In witness whereof I have signed, sealed,
published ad declared this to be my last
Will and Testament, at Rochelle Florida on
this 23rd day of November, A.D. 1911
