  The said Sallie J. Perry at her home in
Rochelle Florida in Alachua County on
this 23rd day of November AD 1911, signed,
sealed, published and declared this instrument
as her last Will and Testament, and we at her
request and in her presence and in the presence
of each other, have hereunto written our
names as subscribing witnesses thereto

       Proof of Will
In the Court of County Judge State of Florida
      Estate of              
Sallie J. Perry deceased     Alachua County
Personally appeared before me H.G. Mason
County Judge for the County aforesaid
W.W. Hampton Jr., one of the subscribing wit-
nesses to the foregoing paper writing, who for
being duly sworn, declares and says that Sallie
J. Perry did, in his presence, sign, seal, and
publish the foregoing paper writing as and for
her Last Will and Testament: and that he, the said
witness, sign the same as a subscribing witness,
at the special request of said testatrix, and that
the said testatrix signed said paper writing in
the presence of Gussie Van Pelt Travis and
Katherine Elizabeth Dial and this affiant who like
wise signed said paper writing, as a subscrib-
ing witnesses in the presence and at the request
of the testatrix, and also in the presence of this affiant,
and that, he verily believes said paper writing to be
the true Last Will and Testament of said testatrix
before me this 24th day of Feby }    W.W. Hampton Jr.
