In Court of the County Judge, State of Florida
Estate of Alachua
Sallie J. Perry Deceased County
By the County Judge of said County,
The said Last Will and Testament having been
duly established by the sworn testimony of W.W.
Hampton Jr one of the subscribing and attesting
witnesses thereto, as being the true last Will
and Testament of the said Sallie J. Perry and no
objection being made to the probate thereof: and
it appearing the County Judge of said County by
due proof that the said Sallie J. Perry died
on the 22 nd day of February AD 1912.
It is therefore ordered, adjudged and decreed
that the said Last Will and Testament bearing
date 23rd, day of November AD 1911, and attested
by Gussie Van Pelt Travis Elizabeth Kathrine
Dial and W.W. Hampton Jr, as subscribing
witnesses thereto be, and the same is hereby
admitted to probate according to law, as and
for the true Last Will and Testament of said
Sallie J. Perry deceased, and the same, with proof
thereof, be duly recorded in the Books of Wills
Given under my hand and seal, at
Gainesville in said County, this 24th day
of February AD 1912
