Will                Gainesville Fla April 28th 1910
        I give, devise and bequeath all my estate,
        real and personal, unto my wife Cora M. Spencer,
        absolutely, and I appoint my said wife,
        Executrix of this Will without bond.
           It is further my expressed wish and desire
        that my daughters Laura C. Spencer, Mrs.
        Louise Norris and Agnes M. Spencer, or as
        many of them as may be living at my
        death be legally adoped by my said wife
        Cora M. Spencer.
         Witness my hand and seal this 28th day of April
        1910

           Signed, sealed, published and declared as and
        for the last Will and testament of Howard C.
        Spencer the above named testator, in the pres-
        ence of us, who in his presence of each other have
