             Horatio Davis

I, Horatio Davis of the City of Gaines-
ville in the State of Florida, do make
this my last will and testament hereby
revoking all others by me at any time
heretofore made
As my son William G. Davis is a
bachelor with no one dependent upon him
for support and with a valuable property, I
give and bequeath to him the sum of five
hundred dollars as a token of my love
and affection and direct my executor to pay
to him this amount out of my estate
as soon as practicable after my death.
I give, devise and bequeath to my son
Thomas F. Davis his heirs and assigns
forever in fee simple, after the payment
of my debts and funeral expenses and after
the directions, hereinafter contained, con-
cerning the monuments over the graves
of my wife and myself have been performed,
the balance of the property, real, personal
and mixed that I own at my death where-
ever situated or being and of whatever
kind.
I hereby direct my executor hereinafter
named as soon as practicable after my
death, to erect if I have not done so in
my lifetime a suitable monument over
the graves of my wife and myself in the
cemetary at Gainesville Florida but at
an expense not greater than three
hundred dollars.
I hereby appoint my said son Thomas
F. Davis the executor of this my last Will
