   I, Mary J. Smith of Archer Florida,
being of lawful age and of sound and
disposing mind and memory, do make
and publish this my last Will and Testa-
ment, hereby revoking all former Wills
by me made.
Item One It is my will and I hereby
direct, that all my just debts and funeral
expenses shall be paid by my Executrix
herein after named out of any property
which may come into her hands as
such Executrix.
Item Two I hereby give, devise, and be-
queath unto my daughter, Elsie T.
Smith of Archer, Florida, all of my
estate of whatever kind or description
real or personal, wherever situated, to
be hers absolutely, with the power to
dispose of by will or otherwise, as she
may seem fit.
Item Three I hereby nominate and appoint
my daughter, Elsie T. Smith, of Archer,
Florida, to be the sole executrix of this
my last Will and Testament, hereby auth-
orizing her to do and perform all acts
and things necessary, including the mak-
ing, executing, and delivering of deeds for
conveyance of any real estate, in order
to carry out the provisions of this Will
I also direct that no bond shall be
required of her as Executrix, and that no in-
ventory or appraisement of my estate shall
be made, in this case.
  In witness whereof, I have signed, sealed and
published and declared this instrument as my
last Will and Testament, at Archer, Florida, on this
