In the name of God, Amen
I L.M. Alexander of Waldo, do make
publish and declare this my last Will and
hereby revoke all former Wills by me
made.
I, Give, devise and bequeath all my
property both personal and real estate
to Annie Jenkins to be sold by her to
pay all of my debts, Doctor bill and
nurse bill and funeral bill and after all
are justly and truly paid the rest of the
money shall be paid for the support
of the children and my wife.
I, thereunto set my hand and seal, this
being the 27th day of April 1912

In Court of County Judge { State of Florida
Estate of { Alachua County
L.M. Alexander deceased.
Personally appeared before me H.G. Mason County
Judge for the County aforesaid W.M. Pugh one of
the subscribing witnesses to the foregoing paper
writing, who being duly sworn declares and says that
L.M. Alexander did, in his presence, sign, seal and
publish the foregoing paper writing as and for his
Last Will and Testament: and that he the said witness
signed the same as a subscribing witness at the special
request of said testator: and that the said testator signed said
paper writing in the presence of Montiville Pugh and
John Kinard and this affiant who likewise signed said
paper writing as subscribing witnesses in the
presence and at the request of the testator, and also in the
presence of this affiant and that he verily believes said
paper writing to be the true Last Will and Testament
of said testator
