Will              Last Will and Testament of
        Mary Augusta Chapman, of Englewood, Bergen County,
            New Jersey.
                   I revoke all former Wills by me made,
          I direct all my just debts, funeral and testamentary
        expenses to be paid as soon as may be after my decease,
          I give and devise to my son, Frank M. Chapman,
        his heirs and Assigns, my Mortgage on the Homestead
        & other property on the east side of Teaneck Road, Known
        as Fairview, together with all of the together land attached
        thereto for Eighteen thousand dollars
          I also give and bequeath to him all my furniture
        in the Teaneck home, including Grandfather Johnsons
        Clock, the family Portraits & other pictures, also the
        Fiskdale Mahogany Table, now in my Florida Home
          I also give and bequeath to him my wedding ring
        leather reading chair, also the silver Cream Pitcher and
        sugar bowl, presented to his Grandfather Chapman
        by the Masons
          I give and devise to my Grandson, Lebbeus
        Chapman, his heirs and assigns, my house and land
        at Fiskdale, Worcester County, Massachusetts.
          I also give and bequeath to him a bond and
        Mortgage on property at Ridgefield, New Jersey for
        five thousand dollars.
          I also give to him one first Mortgage bond of
        the Central Branch Union Pacific Railroad Company,
        also Grandfather Chapmans written Bible my travelling
        clock, and my best silver spoons.
          I give and bequeath to my granddaughter Edith
        V.B. Chapman Turner, daughter of my daughter, Minnie
        P. Chapman, my cottage and Real Estate in
        Gainesville, Florida, Known as Caseys Corner, also
        my Piano and all the furniture & contents of said
        Cottage, not otherwise disposed of in this Will.
