I also give and bequeath to her my wardrobe, and
my small silver not otherwise disposed of.
Will I also give and bequeath to her, two first Mortgages
bonds of the Central Branch Union Pacific Railroad Com-
pany, one thousand dollars each.
Should any of the Real estate, Bonds or Mortgages
above devised or bequeathed, be sold or otherwise dis-
posed of, so that I do not own the same at my decease
I give and bequeath to each specifically to whom such
so
property^sold or disposed of is devised or bequeathed as
above, a sum equal to the amount which I shall have
realized therefor
All the real, residue and remainder of my estate
real and personal, of which I die siezed & possessed
or entitled to, excepting articles of Jewelry, I give
devise and bequeath to my said son and Grand-
children, that is to say Frank M. Chapman, one half
thereof, and to Lebbens and Edith V.P. one fourth, each
to be divided, between them in that proportion
I appoint my son Frank M. Chapman and
my grandson, Lebbens Chapman Executors of this
my Last Will and Testament. They are not re-
quired to give bonds.
In witness whereof I have hereunto set my
hand and seal, this 15" day of May, 1909.

Witness Testament in the presence of us, who were all present at the
time, and at her request and in her presence and in
