Order of   In the matter of the Probate on the }
Probate    Alleged Will of                     }
  &c            Mary Augusta Chapman           }   Order for Probate
           deceased,
                     On reading and filing the Petition of
           Frank M. Chapman for Probate of the Last Will
           and Testament of Mary Augusta Chapman, deceased,
           and for Letters Testamentary thereon, the Surrogate
           having inquired into the circumstances, and taken
           proof, and being satisfied of the Genuiness of the Will  
           produced, the validity of its execution and the Comptency
           of the Testatrix, And it further appearing that the said
           Testatrix died on the twenty second day of August,
           nineteen hundred and twelve and more than ten days
           ago, and that no Caveat has been filed against the
           probate of said Will,
                It is thereupon on this 11" day of September, Nine-
           teen hundred and twelve, ordered and adjudged that
           the instrument offered for probate in this matter be
           and the same is hereby established as the Last Will and
           Testament of the said Mary Augusta Chapman, dec'd
           and the same be and hereby is admitted to probate
                It is further ordered that Letters testamentary thereon
           be issue to Frank M. Chapman, the Executor named
           in said Will upon his qualifying as such Executor.
