The State of South Carolina
    I, John McCroy of the District of Fairfield
in the State aforesaid being weak of body, but
of sound and disposing mind and memory, do
make and declare as and for my last will and
testament the following:-
1.  I will and direct that the whole of my
estate real and personal shall be sold by
my executors, the time and terms of such
sale to be fixed by them according to their
discretion, so as best to promote the interest
of my estate
2.  I direct my executors to have all of
my negroes now in the State of Florida,
brought back to the State of South Carolina
to be sold, as I believe the purchase money
therefrom can be better secured in this
State - If however my executors should
think it advantageous to sell any of them
in Florida, they are hereby authorized to do
so.
3.  I hereby invest my executors as either
of them with full power and authority to
sell and dispose of the whole of my estate, both
in this State and in the State of Florida, and
to execute good and sufficient title deeds to all
of my real estate.
4.  I will and direct my executors to apply
their proceeds of the sales made by them
as last collected towards satisfaction of
my debts according to law and after
paying all of my debts out of my estate
then balance thereof I direct, to be equally
divided, share and share alike between my
