Personally appeared before me R.T. Yarborough,
who being duly sworn makes oath and says, that he
said John McCrory, sign, seal, publish and declare
the foregoing as and for his last will and testament:
that he the said McCrory was then of sound
and disposing mind, memory and understanding
to the best of the deponents knowledge and belief, and
that he with J.K. James and James McGill in the
presence of each other and in the presence of said
McCrory and at his request subscribe their names
as witnesses thereto.            R.T. Yarborough.
