  By the Judge of said County
The Last Will and testament having been duly
established by the sworn testimony of
W.S. Dorsey subscribing and attesting wit-
ness thereto, as being the true last Will and
Testament of said James H. Vidal and no
objection being made to the probate thereof;
and it appearing to the County Judge of said
County by due proof that said Jas H. Vidal
died on the 7th day of November A.D. 1912.
  It is therefore ordered, adjudged and decreed,
that the said Last Will and Testament, bearing
date October 4th A.D. 1890 and attested by A.J.
Vidal, L.A. Vidal and W.S. Dorsey as sub-
scribing witnesses thereto be and the same
is hereby, admitted to probate according
to law, as and for the true last Will and Testa-
ment of said James H. Vidal deceased, and that
the same, with the proof thereof be duly re-
corded in the Book of Wills.
          Given under my hand and seal
          at Gainesville in said County, this 12th
          day of November A.D. 1912
