William H. Bracey
==========================================
Know all Men By These Presents:-
That I, William H. Bracey of the County
of Alachua, State of Florida being of sound
mind and disposing memory, but realiz-
ing the uncertainties of this frail and
transitory life, do hereby make, publish,
ordain and declare this my last Will
and Testament hereby revoking all other
and former Wills and codicils by me made
I direct that all my just debts be paid
with convenient speed, and that I be
buried in a very plain and inexpensive
coffin.
I desire it to be remembered that I
gave my daughter Lola Morris the lot
on which she now lives, and also that lot
facing on Mechanic street which has
been recently vacated by Mr J.D. String
fellow. These lots were deeded to the said
Lola Morris by me, and it is my wish
that she still retain the same.
I also desire it to be remembered that
I have already given to my grandsons,
DeVere B. Morris and Oscar Morris a
certain lot containing two or more acres
of land lying West of John Crawford's
lot on Liberty street. These lots I deeded
to them, and wish that they retain the
Same after my death.
I have also given to my son-in-law,
Jesse Clark, the husband of my daughter,
Alva Clark, deceased, a part of my home-
stead lot which measures eighty-one feet
on Liberty Street and one hundred and fifty feet
