on Pleasant Street. It is my wish that
he still retain this property.
I also desire that it be remembered
that I gave to my grand-daughter,
Lillian Clark, a portion of my home-
Stead lot which measures sixty feet on
Liberty street, and being a part of the West
side of my homestead lot. I desire that
she hold this according to the deed which
I made her
I have also given a warranty deed to
my grandson, Leon Morris, to a lot
which faces Mechanic Street and seventy
feet North and South. It is my wish
that he still hold this lot.
I desire it to be remembered that
Jesse Clark has deeded to me a life
estate in the property situated on the
corner of Liberty and Pleasant streets and
which I gave him by deed. I consider
the income from this life estate suff-
icient to maintain me as long as I
live.
The rest and residue of my estate both
real, personal and mixed I have, devise
and bequeath to my relatives, to-wit: Lola
Morris, DeVere B. Morris, Oscar Morris,
Leon Morris, Jesse Clark and Lillian
Clark to be divided equally among
them.
I consider the income from my estate
sufficient to maintain me as long as I
live, and I forbid any board bill to be paid
any one after my death.
