William H. Bracey
=============================================
It has been my desire to divide my
estate equally between my daughter,
Lola Morris and her heirs on the one
part, and my daughter, Alva Clark and her
heirs on the other part, and since the
death of my daughter Alva Clark it has
been my desire that Jesse Clark have a
part of the estate of the said Alva Clark,
and I hope and expect that this may help
him in caring for, maintaining and edu-
cating my infant grand-daughter, Lillian
Clark.
I desire it to be remembered that I
deeded to Jesse Clark my land on
Bivins Arm. This was done in con-
sideration of a note which he holds of
mine, and which he surrendered to me and
which I now have in my possession
In Witness Whereof, I have hereunto set

instrument consisting of 2 pages, and hereby
publish and declare the same to be my

This 5th day of January, One Thousand
