          By this my last Will and Testament,
I leave all of my property both real
and personal to Mrs Mary P. Grover, (my
sister) and hereby appoint her administrator
of my estate without Bond

      Personally appeared before me
H.G. Mason County Judge for the County
aforesaid L.H. Willis Jr one of the subscribing
witnesses to the foregoing paper writing,
who, being duly sworn, declares and says that
M. Edwin Schlater did, in his presence, sign,
seal and publish the foregoing paper writing
as and for his last Will and Testament: and that he
said testator signed the same as a subscribing
witness, at the special request of said testator,
and that the said testator Signed said paper
writing in the presence and at the request of
the testator, and also in the presence of this
affiant, and that the verily believes said paper
writing to be the true Last Will and Testament
of said testator.
