    I, Mrs Pauline Levy, of the County of Baldwin,
said State, but temporarily in the County of
Fulton, said State, being of sound and dis-
posing mind and memory, do make this my
last will and testament, hereby revoking all
wills heretofore made by me.
  Item II. I desire and hereby will and bequeath
that all my debts of every nature and character
whatsoever shall be paid out of the money
or other personal property of which I die
siezed and possessed.
  Item II. I give, devise and bequeath unto my
daughter, Mrs Sarah Appel, all the real
estate of every nature and character, within
or without the State of Georgia, of which
I die siezed and possessed, absontely in fee
simple.
  Item III. I give devise and bequeath unto
my daughter Mrs Sarah Appel, and my son
Joseph Levy, and my son William H. Levy,
share and share alike, after the payment of all
my debts, all the money and personal prop-
erty of whatever nature of I die seized and
possessed.
  Whereas my son, William H. Levy is of
unsound mind, and has been so adjudicated by
a Court of Competent jurisdiction, I hereby
nominate, constitute and appoint Mrs Sarah
Appel, the testamentry guardian of the per-
sonal property herein bequeathed to him.
  The said guardian is hereby authorized, in
her discretion, to expend any part of the whole of
the property herein bequeathed to the said
