William H. Levy for his maintenance and
support. The said guardian shall not be re-
quired to make any returns to the Court of
Ordinary, or any other Court
   I hereby nominate, constitute and appoint
Mrs Sarah Appel as the Executrix of this my
last will and testament. She shall not be re-
quired to give any bond or make any returns
to the Court of Ordinary, or any other Court,
but shall distribute my estate in accordance
with the terms of this will free from the con-
trol or interference of any Court, or person
whomsoever.
  In testimony whereof, I have hereunto set 
my hand and seal this 11th day of December, 1902.

  Signed and published by Mrs Pauline Levy, as
her last will and testament, in the presence of
the undersigned, who subscribe our names
as witnesses at the instance and request of said
testator, and in her presence, and in the presence
of each other. This 11th day of November, 1902
