By the County Judge of said County:
The said Last Will and Testament having been
duly established by the sworn testimony of Rachelle
W. Cohen, one of the subscribing and attesting wit-
nesses thereto, as being the true last Will and
testament of said Pauline Levy and no objection
being made to the probate thereof: and it appear-
ing to the County Judge of said County by due
proof that the said Pauline Levy died on the
4th day of November AD 1912.
It is therefore ordered, adjudged and decreed, that
the said Last Will and Testament, bearing date
December 11th AD 1902, and attested by L.B. Joel,
E.A. Alder and said Rachelle W. Cohen as sub-
scribing witnesses therto be, and the same is here-
by, admitted to probate according to law, as and
for the true Last Will and Testament of said
Pauline Levy deceased, and that the same, with
the proof thereof, be duly recorded in the Book
of Wills -
