           records and files in the office of the Surrogate
           of the County of New York, do find there
           remaining a certain record of the last
           Will and Testament of Rosalie Simonson,
           Deceased, (said will having been duly ad-
           mitted to probate as a will of real and per-
           sonal property on the twenty-eighth day of

           agreeably to the laws and usages of the State

           County of New York, being of sound mind,
           and memory and mindful of the uncertainty
           of this life do hereby make, publish and declare
           this to be my last Will and Testament in the
           manner following, hereby revoking all former
           and other Wills by me made:-
           First:- I direct that all my law ful
           debts and funeral expenses be paid by my
