which I may die siezed and possessed or to
which I may be entitled at the time of my
demise, I hereby give, devise and bequeath
          sisters                        Martha
unto my beloved^daughters,x Theresa Simonson and^Waterman
Third:- I hereby nominate and appoint my
 sister
said^daughters, Theresa Simonson and Martha
Waterman, as the sole Executrixes of this
my last Will and Testament, and it is my
wish and desire that my Executrixes
above named need not give any bond
on qualifying as such Executrixes.
Fourth:- I hereby authorize and empower
my said Executrixes to sell and dispose of
either, at public sale or private sale,
my said real and personal estate in
whole or in part in such manner and
at such times and on such terms they shall
deem expedient, and to execute, acknowledge
and deliver proper deeds therefor.
  In Witness Whereof, I have hereunto sub-
