  I, Leona M. Rivers, of Alachua County
State of Florida, being of sound mind, and
disposing memory and recognizing the uncer-
tainties of this frail and transitory life, do
hereby make, ordain and publish this
my Last Will and Testament hereby revok-
ing all other wills and codicils by me
made.
  I order and direct that after the pay-
ment of all the expenses of my illness,
funeral expenses and all just debts and
demands, that the remainder of my estate
be disposed of as follows, to-wit:
  I hereby give and bequeath to my young-
est son Byron Tidd Rivers, the sum of
One Thousand Dollars ($1000.00), to be in-
vested and paid to him as hereinafter
provided.
  All the rest and residue of my estate,
both real and personal and mixed, I give,
devise and bequeath to my five children,
to-wit: Leon Madison Rivers, Lucius
Blitch Rivers, Joseph Maximus Rivers,
Glen Lewis Rivers and Byron Tidd Rivers
is not a beneficiary in the said policy
I make the bequest of the above mentioned
sum of One Thousand ($1000.00) Dollars to
him.
  I hereby make, constitute and appoint T.M.
Rivers of Kissimmee, Osceola County,
Florida, as Guardian for my children
to-wit: Leon Madison Rivers, Lucius
Blitch Rivers, Joseph Maximus Rivers,
Glen Lewis Rivers and Bryon Tidd Rivers,
