and it is my will that the said guardian
so invest the sum of money given above
to my son, Byron Tidd Rivers, so that
the same will yield a sufficient annual
               his
income to defray^living expenses, as
well as the cost of his education, as
nearly as this can be done, the invest-
ment of same to be left to the best
judgement of the said guardian.
  It is my will that the Guardian as
hereinbefore mentioned, invest the moneys
which I have bequeathed to my children,
as in his judgement seems best, and
that he out of the interest, and if necessary
the principal of same, defray their
necessary living expenses and the cost of
a liberal education for them. When
twenty-one years of age, it is my will
and I so direct the Guardian hereinbefore
appointed, to give to them their portion
of their estate.
  I hereby, make, constitute and appoint
T.M. Rivers of Kissimmee, Oceola County,
Florida, the Executor of this my last
Will and Testament. It is my will that
my Executor and Guardian serve without
bond.
  In Witness Whereof, I have hereunto set
my hand and seal to the above typewritten
instrument and hereby publish and declare
the same to be my last Will and Testa-
ment, this 11th day of April A.D. 1913.
