   By the County Judge of said County:-
The said last Will and Testament having
been duly established by the sworn
testimony of C. Addison Pound sub-
scribing and attesting witnesses thereto, as
being the true last Will and Testament of
the said Leona M. Rivers and no objection
being made to the probate thereof: and it
appearing to the County Judge of said County
by due proof that the said Leona M. Rivers
died on the 10th day of December A.D. 1913.
  It is therefore ordered, adjudged and
decreed, that the said Last Will and Testa-
ment, of bearing date April 11th A.D. 1913,
and attested by C. Addison Pound, W. Turner
Pound, and Mrs. C.A. Pound as subscribing
witnesses thereto be, and the same is hereby,
