Item Four.   I bequeath to the Right
Reverend William J. Kenny, Bishop afore-
said, the large picture of myself.
Item Five.   I bequeath to the Right Reverend
William J. Kenny, Bishop of St. Augustine
the sum of Two Hundred Dollars, request-
ing that the same be divided by him
among the Priests of the Holy Roman
Catholic Church of this Diocese for the
purposes of saying masses for the repose
of my soul.

Item Six.   I direct that my Executors, herein-
after named, distribute my books among the
churches, Schools or persons, as I may
advise them, or in the absence of such
advice, according to their judgement of
what would be my wishes therein.
Item Seven.   I bequeath to my beloved brother,
Phillip S. Lynch of Rockfield, County Cavan,
Ireland, the sum of Fifty Dollars.
Item Eight.   I bequeath to my beloved brother
Michael Lynch of Agokee, County Cavan, Ireland
the sum of Fifty Dollars.
Item Nine.   I bequeath to my beloved nephews
and nieces, namely, Patrick Fitzpatrick, Michael
Fitzpatrick, Thomas Fitzpatrick, Phillip Fitz-
Patrick, John Fitzpatrick and Annie Fitzpatrick,
of the City and State of New York, and Bernard
Fitzpatrick of Drogheda, County Louth, Ireland
and Dominic Fitzpatrick of Mount Prosper, County
Cavan, Ireland and Rosanne Gallagher, Patrick
Gallagher, Maggie Gallagher, of near Kilanech Lake,
County Cavan, Ireland, and John Riley of Denn,
County Cavan, Ireland, the sum of Ten Dollars each
