   In the Court of the County Judge, State of
Florida, Alachua County.
   Estate of Patrick J. Lynch
Personally appeared before me, H.G. Mason,
County Judge, for the County aforesaid, Earnest
Molnar one of the subscribing witnesses to the fore-
going paper writing, who, being duly sworn,
declares and says that Patrick J. Lynch did, in his
presence, sign, seal and publish the foregoing paper
writing as and for his Last Will and Testament and that
he the said witness signed the same as a sub-
scribing witness, at the special request of said
testator; and he the said testator signed
