By the County Judge of said County
The said Last Will and Testament having been
duly established by the sworn testimony of
Earnest Molnar subscribing and attesting witness
thereto, as being the true last Will and Testament
of said Patrick J. Lynch and no objection being
made to the Probate thereof: And it appearing
to the County Judge of Said County by due proof
that the said Patrick J. Lynch died on the 11th day
of December AD 1912.
It is therefore ordered, adjudged and decreed, that
the said last will and Testament, bearing date Dec-
ember 11th AD 1912 and attested by James T. McCarthy
Earnest Molnar and Thomas B. Tanner as subscrib-
ing witnesses thereto be, and the same is hereby admitted
to Probate according to law, as and for the true Last
Will and Testament of said Patrick J. Lynch deceased and
with
that the same^proof thereof, be, duly recorded in the Book of
Wills. Given under my hand and seal at Gainesville
in said County this 15th |
