          Personally came before me, M.H. DePass, to
      me well and personally known, who being first
      duly sworn, deposes and says: That he was
      present and read over to Patrick J. Lynch,
      now deceased, in his lifetime Codicil No 2 which
      is attached to this Petition as a part hereof,
      and that the said Patrick J. Lynch then and there
      declared such to be a Codicil to his Last
      Will and Testament, and as carrying out his
      wishes and intentions as to the disposition
      of the personal property referred to in the
      said Codicil; that he admitted his signature
      thereto, and that his signature to said Codicil
      is true and genuine

      heard Dr M.H. DePass read over to Patrick J. Lynch,
      now deceased, in his lifetime Codicil No 2 which is
      attached to this Petition as a part hereof, and that the said
      Patrick J. Lynch then and there declared such to be a
      Codicil to his Last Will and Testament and as carrying out
      his wishes and intentions as to the disposition of the per-
      sonal property referred to in the said Codicil, that he ad-
      mitted his signature thereto, and that his signature to
      said Codicil is true and genuine    }
