     personally came before me, H.E. Taylor and
Lee Graham, each of whom being duly sworn,
deposes and says: That he verily believes that the
attached Codocil No. 2 is true Codocil of the 
deceased, Patrick J. Lynch, and that the hand-
writing of the said Codocil and the signature there-
to is true and genuine, and that the said Codocil con-
tains the true expression of the wishes of the
said deceased as to the disposition of the per-
sonal property referred to and recited therein.
