  To Wm Lenihan leave 3 shares. To Rev
W.B. Golden leave 3 shares in Land and
Colonization stock.
                     P.J. Lynch
having been duly proved and established by
the sworn testimony of M.H. DePass and
Earnest Molnar, - the said M.H. DePass
having read, and the said Earnest Molnar
having heard read over to Patrick J. Lynch,
deceased, the said Codicil, and acknowledged
and declared by him to be the true express-
ion and desire of said deceased as to the
disposition of the personal property
therein recited, and as having been written
and signed by him in his own handwriting
and no objection being made to the Probate
thereof; and the Court being satisfied as to
the genuineness of said Codicil;
  Thereupon, Upon consideration hereof, it is
ordered and adjudged by the Court that the said
Codicil recited in this Order, being designated
as Codicil No 2, be, and the same is herein and hereby
admitted to Probate, according to law, as and for
the Codicil to the Last Will and Testament of the said
Patrick J. Lynch, deceased, and that the same with
the proof hereof be duly recorded in the Book of
Wills.
It is further ordered and adjudged that Codicil
designated as No 1, and appended to the original Will
be and is hereby adjudged to be illegal and invalid, and
that the same be not admitted to Probate.
  Given under my hand and seal at Gainesville in
said County, on this 16" day of January, A.D. 1914
