In Re: Estate of Thomas B. Tillis, Deceased

       Petition for Probate of Will
To the Hon H.G. Mason, County Judge within
and for Alachua County, Florida, Sitting
and Acting as Probate Judge:-
           The Petition of Benjamin W. Tillis respect-
fully Showeth unto your Honor that on the
20th day of December, A.D. 1913, Thomas B.
Tillis late of the town of Waldo, Alachua County,
Florida, leaving a last Will and Testament
which is herewith presented and filed for Probate
and which your Petitioner verily believes is
the Last Will and Testament of said Thomas B.
Tillis, Deceased.
  At the time the said Thomas B. Tillis
died, he left the following named heirs, to-wit:
His widow, Hettie Tillis, who resides at
Waldo in Alachua County, Florida, and the
following named children, to-wit:- W.S. Tillis,
who resides in the City of Atlanta in the
State of Georgia: Mrs. L.D. Masters, who
resides at Waldo, Florida; Mrs. S.E. Alverz,
who resides at Jacksonville Florida, and
Benjamin W. Tillis who resides at Waldo
Florida. That each and all of said heirs are
of full age; that the residence of the said
Thomas B. Tillis was at and in Waldo,
Alachua County, Florida, and he died siezed
and possessed of real and personal property,
situated in Alachua County, Florida.
   Your Petitioner therefore prays that this
Will be admitted to probate, and that your Petitioner
