who being duly sworn by me well known
who being duly sworn, deposes and says:
That he is one of the witnesses to the Last Will
and Testament of Thomas B. Tillis, Deceased, and
that the paper exhibited with, and attached
hereto, is the true Last Will and Testament of
the said deceased; that he the said Thomas
B. Tillis sign the same, and that the other
witnesses named, to-wit: W.A. McLenna and
J.J. Hicks and this affiant signed the same
