  I, Katheryn Smith of Alachua County
State of Florida being of sound mind and
disposing memory and realizing the un-
certainty of this frail and transitory life do
hereby make publish ordain and declare
this my last will and Testament hereby
revoking all other and former Wills and Codicils
by me made, I order and direct that after
the payment of all the expenses of my
last illness, Funeral expenses and all my
just debts and demands the remainder
of my estate be disposed of as follows to wit:-
I hereby give device and bequeath to my
sister, Augusta M. Smith all of my property
both real personal and mixed should she be
living at the time of my death. In the
event that my sister Augusta M. Smith
should not be living at the time of my
death, I hereby dispose of my property as
follows to-wit: I give devise and bequeath
to J.H. Tench of Gainesville Alachua County
Florida One half of all my property.
  I hereby give devise and bequeath to Mrs
Nellie Denby of Gainesville Alachua County
One fourth of all the property which I may
have at the time of my death.
I hereby give devise and bequeath one fourth of
my property to Mrs Annie E. Jernigan of
Louisville Georgia.
I hereby make constitute and appoint B.F.
Miller of Gainesville Alachua County
Florida the Executor of this my last Will
