By The County Judge of Said County
The said Last Will and Testament having
been duly established by the sworn testimony
of Chris Matheson and W.E. Baker subscrib-
ing and attesting witnesses thereto, as being the
true Last Will and Testament of said Jesse C.
Clarke and no objection being made to the
probate thereof; and it appearing to the
County Judge of said County by due proof
that the said Jesse C. Clarke died on the 2nd
day of April AD 1914
It is therefore ordered, adjudged and decreed
that the said Last Will and Testament, bear-
ing date December 23rd AD 1914 and attested
by Chris Matheson and W.E. Baker as sub-
scribing witnesses thereto be, and the same
is hereby admitted to probate according to
law, as and for the true Last Will and Testa-
ment of said Jesse C. Clarke deceased, and
that the same, with due proof thereof,
be duly recorded in the Book of Wills.
