  I, Albert B. Edgell of the County of Alachua,
and State of Florida, Merchant being in good
health and of sound and disposing mind
and memory do make and publish this, my
last Will and testament, hereby revoking
each and every will by me at any time
heretofore made.
  I give devise and bequeath unto my
beloved wife Hattie L. Edgell my entire
estate and property real and personal,
and where-ever situated owned by me at
                          then or
my decease or to which I may^thereafter
be entitled by inheritance or otherwise,
and to her heirs and assigns forever.
  To no other person or persons do I give
devise or bequeath any part of my property
or estate.
  I herein and hereby nominate, name and
appoint my said wife Hattie L. Edgell as
sole Executrix of this my last Will and
Testament, with full power and authority to
sell and convey the property of my estate
at public or private sale and without
the order or intervention of any Court of law
or equity of any Judge thereof: And request
that she be not required to give any bond.
  In Witness Whereof, I have signed and
sealed and published and declared this
instrument as my last Will and testament
at Gainesville, in the County of Alachua and
State of Florida on this the 27" day of July
