  The said Albert B. Edgell at said City of
Gainesville in the County of Alachua and
State of Florida on the twenty-seventh
day of July A.D. 1896 signed and sealed
this instrument, and published and
declared the same to be his last Will
and Testament, And we, at his request,
and in his presence and in the presence
of each other have hereunto written our
names as subscribing witnesses.

Albert B. Edgell
  Personally appeared before me, H.G. Mason County
Judge for the County aforesaid E.E. Voyle one of the sub-
scribing witnesses to the foregoing paper writing, who,
being duly sworn, declares and says that Albert B. Edgell
did, in his presence, sign, seal and publish the foregoing
paper writing as and for his Last Will and Testament: and
that he, the said witness signed the same as a sub-
scribing witness, at the special request of said
testator; and that the said testator signed said paper
writing in the presence of S.Y. Finley and Horatio Davis;
and this affiant who like wise signed said paper
writing, as subscribing witnesses, in the presence
and at the request of testator, and also in the presence of
this affiant, and that he verily believes said paper writ-
ing to be the true Last Will and Testament of said
testator.
