  In Court of the County Judge,
   State of Florida, Alachua County
Estate of
John B. Dell deceased   
  By The County Judge of said County
  The said Last Will and Testament having been
duly established by the sworn testimony of
W.S. Broome subscribing and attesting wit-
nesses thereto, as the true Last Will and
Testament of the said John B. Dell and no
objection being made to the probate thereof:
and it appearing to the County Judge of said
County by due proof that the said John B.
Dell died on the 21st day of May A.D. 1914
  It is therefore ordered, adjudged and decreed,
that the said Last Will and Testament bearing
date May 23rd A.D. 1911 and attested by
J.W. Patton and W.S. Broome as subscrib-
ing witnesses thereto be, and the same is
hereby, admitted to probate according to law,
as and for the true Last Will and Testament of
said John B. Dell deceased, and that the same
with the due proof thereof be duly recorded
in the Book of Wills
            Given under my hand and seal
(Seal)      at Gainesville in said County, this
            25" day of May A.D. 1914
