Sarah Bose Nichols, Deceased
To The Honorable H.G. Mason, Judge of Said Court;
The petition of H.F. Dutton respectfully
shows that he is a resident of Alachua County,
State of Florida: that Sarah Vose Nichols of Gaines-
ville of said Alachua County, State of Florida,
departed this life on the 9th day of May A.D.
1913, leaving a last will and testament, which
said last will and testament was on the 26th
day of June, A.D. 1913, upon the petition of
John G. Nichols of Gainesville, Alachua County,
State of Florida, and Clarence Vose Burrage
of Warpole, Norfolk County, State of Mass-
achusetts, duly admitted to probate in the
Probate Court of said Suffock County, State of
Massachusetts, and that he verily believes the
writing exhibited and on file in the Probate
Court of Suffock County, State of Massachusetts,
as the last Will and Testament of said deceased:
that the said deceased left property and
effects in Alachua County, State of Florida
consisting of certain real estate situated in the
City of Gainesville therein.
Your petitioner further presents a certified
transcript of said will and of the proceedings
had and done thereunder in the Probate Court
of Suffock County, State of Massachusetts, to-gether
with the affidavits of E.D. Turner, Harold B.
Arnold and Harvey P. Robinson, the witnesses
to said last will and testaments of said deceased
and prays that the said certificated trans-
cript may be admitted to probate and that all
