                      By The Judge of said County:
In the matter of the Last Will  }
and Testament of Sarah Vose     }
Nichols, Deceased, Late of      }
Gainesville.                    }
       The said Last Will and Testament having
been duly established by the sworn testimony
of E.D. Turner, H.P. Robinson and Harold B.
Arnold subscribing and witnesses thereto, as
being the true Last Will and Testament of the
said Sarah Vose Nichols and no objection being
made to the County Judge of said County by
due proof that the said Sarah Vose Nichols
died on the 9th day of May A.D. 1914
  It is therefore ordered adjudged and
decreed that the said last will and Testa-
ment bearing date December 17th A.D. 1912
and attested by E.D. Turner, H.P. Robinson and
Harold B. Arnold as subscribing witnesses
thereto be, and the same is hereby admitted
to Probate according to law, as and for the true
Last Will and Testament of said Sarah Vose
Nichols deceased and the same with due
proof thereof be duly recorded in the Book of
Wills.
      Given under my hand and seal at Gaines-
      ville in said County, this 8th day of August
      A.D. 1914.
