  Before me Frank O. Pilsbury Justice of the
Peace.
  The undersigned, being all the persons
interested in the estate of full age and legal cap-
acity, other than creditors, and the guardians
of persons interested therein, hereby consent
that the above-named petitioners be exempt
from giving any surety on their bond and we
hereby assent to the allowance of said will
without testimony, Charles Taylor Pierce,
Alice Rogers, John G. Nichols, Edith Child
Nickerson, Marion Rogers, Alice Elizabeth Burrage
Margaret Abercrombie, Matilda Willis, Clarence
Vose Burrage, Helen Rogers Nott.

    Commonwealth of Massachusetts
Suffock, ss.    Probate Court.
  To the heirs-at-law next of kin and all other persons
interested in the estate of Sarah Vose Nichols late of
Gainesville in the State of Florida deceased, leaving
estate in said County of Suffock.
  Whereas, a certain instrument purporting to
be the last will and testament of said deceased has
been presented to this Court for probate by John G.
Nichols of said Gainesville and Clarence Vose Burrage
of Warpole in the County of Norfolk who prays that
letters testamentry may be issued to them, the
executors therein named without giving a surety
on their official bonds.
  You are hereby cited to appear at a Probate
Court, to be held at Boston, in said County of Suffock
on the twenty-sixth day of June A.D. 1913 at ten
o'clock in the forenoon, to show cause if any you
have, why the same should not be granted.
