                    In The County Judge's Court.
                      Alachua County Florida.
In Re The Estate of
John G. Nichols, Deceased.
  To The Honorable H.G. Mason Judge of Said Court;-
        The petition of H.F. Dutton respectfully
shows that he is a resident of Alachua County,
State of Florida; that John G. Nichols of Gainesville,
of said Alachua County, State of Florida, departed
this life on the 17th day of December, A.D. 1913,
leaving a last will and testament, which said
last will and testament, was on the 22nd day
of January A.D. 1914, upon the petition of this
petitioner and Clarence Vose Burrage of Warpole
in the County of Norfolk, State of Massachusetts, duly
admitted to probate in the Probate Court of said
Suffock County, State of Massachusetts, and that
he verily believes this writing exhibited and on
file in the Probate Court of Suffock County, State
of Massachusetts, as the last will and testament
to be the true last will and testament of said
deceased; that the said deceased left property
and effects in Alachua County, State of Florida,
Consisting of certain real estate situated in the
City of Gainesville therein; and that the said
testator in said will nominated your petitioner
as one of the executors thereof.
  Your petitioner further represents a certified
transcript of said will and of the proceedings
had and done thereunder in the Probate Court
of Suffock County, State of Massachusetts, to-gether
with the affidavits of E.D. Turner, H.P. Robin-
son and Harold B. Arnold, the witnesses to said
