Estate of
John G. Nichols, deceased.
By The County Judge of Said County:
The said Last Will and Testament having
been duly established by the sworn testimony
of E.D. Turner, H.P. Robinson and Harold B.
Arnold subscribing and attesting witnesses
thereto, as being the true Last Will and Testa-
ment of said John G. Nichols and no objection
being made to the Probate thereof; and it
appearing to the County Judge of said County
by due proof that the said John G. Nichols
died on the 17th day of December A.D. 1914.
It is therefore ordered adjudged and decreed,
that the said Last Will, and Testament, bear-
ing date December 18th A.D. 1909 and attested
by E.D. Turner, H.P. Robinson and Harold
B. Arnold as subscribing witnesses thereto be,
and the same is hereby admitted to probate
according to law, as and for the true
Last Will and Testament of said John G. Nichols
deceased, and the same with due proof thereof,
be duly recorded in the Book of Wills.
