                 Will
  I, John G. Nichols, of Gainesville, Florida,
make this my last Will, hereby revoking all
other wills and codicils previously made by me;
1st I give my sister Elizabeth Nichols One
Thousand ($1000) dollars; also the Gold Watch
that belonged to my brother Martin.
2nd I give my daughter Alice Elizabeth Burr-
age, Twenty Thousand ($20000) dollars.
3rd  I give my son-in-law, Clarence Vose Burrage
One Thousand ($1000) dollars.
4th  I give to the Kingston Evergreen Cemetery
Association of Kingston, Massachusetts to hold
in perpetual trust, the income of which is to be
applied to keeping the lots owned in said cemetery
by my father Paul L. Nichols and myself in
good order, the sum of Five Hundred ($500) and if
the aforesaid income should be more than suffi-
cient for the aforesaid purpose the balance
of said income to be used in keeping the fence
around said cemetery in order.
5th  It is my wish that all debts owed by me,
shall be paid by my Executors, before other
provisions of this Will shall be carried out.
6th  I give to the American Unitarian
Association of Boston Massachusetts the sum of One
Thousand ($1000), as a fund, the interest of
which is to be used for the dissemination of
Unitarian Literature throughout the United States.
7th  I give to the Unitarian Society of Kingston,
Massachusetts the sum of One Thousand ($1000)
dollars as a fund in trust the interest to be
applied to the support of said Society as long
as said Society remains and is conducted as a
Unitarian Society; but, if it should become other
